At Kudzu Outfitters, many products are produced on demand. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping when placing your order.

Good things take a little time!
We don't have dusty warehouses filled with pre-made shirts. The second you order, our production teams get to work by making your item fresh. Because of this custom process, please expect about 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be made and arrive at your doorstep. We promise it's worth the wait!

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Most Kudzu Outfitters products are made to order. Orders typically require approximately 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment before shipment. During holidays, product launches, promotions, or unusually high order volume, fulfillment may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: approximately 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: approximately 5–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination.

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Kudzu Outfitters' control may affect delivery.

Multiple Shipments:

Some products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. As a result, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at kudzuoutfitters4@gmail,com. Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

If an order is returned because an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address was provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, we recommend:

  • Reviewing the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  • Checking with household members or neighbors.

  • Checking with the local carrier or post office.

  • Reviewing tracking information for delivery updates.

If your package still cannot be located, contact us at kudzuoutfitters4@gmail,com with your order number. Please report packages believed to be lost within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
