Return Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
At Kudzu Outfitters, many products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of the made-to-order nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or a change of mind.
Please Check Your Size Before Ordering:
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing an order. We strongly encourage you to review the product-specific size chart before purchasing. If you accidentally order the wrong size or color, we generally cannot provide a complimentary replacement or exchange once the product has entered production.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Products:
Please contact us if your product:
-
Arrives damaged.
-
Has a manufacturing defect.
-
Contains a significant printing defect.
-
Contains an incorrect design or print placement.
-
Is the wrong product.
-
Is the wrong size or color due to a fulfillment error.
Please contact us at kudzuoutfitters@gmail,com within 30 days of receiving your order and include your name, order number, a description of the problem, clear photographs showing the issue, and a photograph of the entire product when relevant.
We may request additional photos or information before approving a replacement or refund.
Do Not Send Products Back Without Authorization:
If your product is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please do not mail it back unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Qualifying fulfillment errors may not require the defective product to be returned.
Legal Rights:
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide additional cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund rights, those rights will apply.
